Steps:
Step 1: Fold card and concertina paper
Step 2: Bring the middle of the concertina together and glue the touching pieces together to form a fan.
Step 3: Glue the outer parts of the concertina to the centre of the card.
Step 3: Stick the coloured characters into place wherever you wish 🙂
Step 4: Show your creation to the world!
